If a party cannot go ahead due to illness on either side, then every effort will be made to re-arrange an alternative date. If a customer cancels a party, the deposit is non-refundable. If a party has to be cancelled by myself due to illness or bad weather and cannot be re-scheduled, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If I am unable to do a party due to very bad weather and unsafe driving conditions (storms or snow), I will offer to either re-schedule the party or refund the deposit.
Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on 'add to cart' for any items that you wish to buy - you will then be directed to your shopping basket where you will be able to specify quantities, return to this website or continue to checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also make a purchase securely through Paypal.
Shipping & Handling:
We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of your order being placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). If you require your order urgently (within 3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays) please add next day delivery to your order. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and let me know immediately if there is a problem, as mistakes cannot be rectified later.
Charges within the UK
Postage for orders under £25.00 is just £1.70. Postage for orders over £25 is free. Orders of a high value will normally be posted using a signed for service.
Charges outside the UK
If you live outside the UK, including the Republic of Ireland, please view postage charges HERE before placing your order.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have ordered something which is unsuitable you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (excluding postage) The goods must be returned in perfect and unused condition. Please pack them carefully and enclose your order number and a note of explanation. Remember that they are your responsibility until we receive them back in our office. You might want to use recorded delivery to return them.
Due to certain manufacturing processes we are unable to guarantee colour continuity. Due to the nature of handmade products, slight differences in shape/form are possible. Beads and wire may discolour over time so we cannot guarantee they will remain colourfast indefinitely. Also customers should note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to issue a refund if you are unhappy with the colouring.
Due to current EU Hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.
Postage and Packing charges are only refundable for manufacturing faults, damage to goods, errors of description or in other circumstances at our discretion.
Please notify us by email or telephone of any shortages as soon as possible. All our orders are checked and then checked again to ensure that mistakes rarely happen.
Waterfall Beads do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
